These terms govern your use of STEMFlow, including the website, tutoring and study tools, and STEMFlow Notes extension. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to reisenell44@gmail.com.
Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You must be at least 13 and have any consent required by applicable law to use the service. STEMFlow is a study aid; follow your institution’s academic-integrity rules.
Do not bypass access or usage limits, share access to evade those limits, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use the service to violate others’ rights or applicable law. Access may be limited or suspended to address abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or violations of these terms.
AI tutoring and study materials
AI-generated explanations, diagrams, notes, and assessments can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important answers against reliable course materials and your instructor’s guidance. STEMFlow does not guarantee particular grades, exam results, or uninterrupted availability. Content is for learning, not professional medical advice or instructions for safely performing laboratory procedures.
Your content and other people’s content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give STEMFlow permission to process, store, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, including processing by service providers described in our Privacy Policy. Share or upload content only if you have permission to do so. You are responsible for respecting copyright, confidentiality, and other applicable restrictions, including when using the Notes extension on third-party pages.
STEMFlow’s branding, software, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Use of the service does not grant ownership of those materials. AI output may resemble other output and is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights.
Free access and paid plans
Free features and allowances are described on the membership page. Paid-plan prices, term lengths, renewal terms, and any taxes are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms presented when you purchase unless canceled. Use the available billing controls or contact support for billing and cancellation assistance.
Canceling renewal does not itself erase an already-paid access period. Refund questions should be directed to support; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. These terms do not reprice existing subscriptions or remove previously granted grandfathered access. We may change future offerings, with notice where required.
Privacy, availability, and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. Google sign-in, payment processing, AI processing, and other integrations depend on third-party services and may be subject to their terms. Features may change, experience outages, or be unavailable for maintenance.
Responsibility and ending use
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
You may stop using STEMFlow at any time. Contact support to request account deletion; cancel any recurring subscription separately through billing controls or with support so that stopping use does not leave renewal active.
